Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with candied peaches, soaked in alcoholic red wine-based syrup.

Ingredients

Soft wheat flour, alcoholic syrup (14% vol.) with 30% imbibition (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, 10% red wine, natural flavours), candied peach 18% (sugar, peaches, glucose syrup from wheat), sugar, butter (milk), pasteurized free-range eggs, natural yeast, salt.

Produced in laboratories that use: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin.

Product without preservatives and colouring.

Goodness has been a family tradition for Bonci since 1953. It all started in Montevarchi, Tuscany, with grandparents Giuseppe and Irma. They welcomed their firstborn, Silvio, followed by siblings Sergio, Anna, and Alessandro a few years later.
