To the delight of all those who are lactose intolerant or those who follow a Vegan food diet, a recipe has been created that is in every way similar to the Classic Cake. Only dark chocolate, bitter cocoa powder and mineral water. No animal fats (no butter, no cream, no milk so lactose free), no flour (always made with ingredients that are gluten free in nature and in a gluten free environment for gluten intolerances), no eggs and no added sugars. Soft and voluptuous, with a strong taste and creamy chocolate flavor that envelops all the senses. VeganOK certified.
They are vacuum-packed so that they retain all their fragrance and goodness for months.
They should be kept at a controlled temperature (+2/+4°C) and allowed to thaw a bit before consumption to best appreciate enveloping flavors of these wonderful cakes.
