Panforte is our traditional Siena dessert made with honey, spices and dried fruit. We invite you to pair it with fresh cheeses such as Caprini, washed rind cheeses such as Fontina, Montasio or Piave, or flowered rind cheeses such as Brie, Camembert or our Buccia di Rospo, and finally with blue cheeses.
