Wheat flour, zabaione (eggnog) cream 25% (sugar, water, glucose syrup, Marsala 11%, sweetened egg yolk (of which 50% sugar, 50% egg yolk), ethyl alcohol, gelling agent: pectin, milk skimmed powder, corn starch, flavourings, preservative: potassium sorbate, colouring: paprika extract), butter (milk), yolk of fresh eggs, sugar, candied orange peel paste (orange peel, syrup of glucose-fructose, sugar), mother yeast (wheat flour, water), invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids, salt, natural orange flavouring. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soya and mustard. We recommend storing it well sealed in its bag in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
