Type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, selected raisins 16%, pasteurized whole eggs, natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (alc. 14% vol.) imbibition (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, passito wine concentrate, natural aromas) 30%; natural flavoring: natural vanilla extract, salt.

Goodness has been a family tradition for Bonci since 1953. It all started in Montevarchi, Tuscany, with grandparents Giuseppe and Irma. They welcomed their firstborn, Silvio, followed by siblings Sergio, Anna, and Alessandro a few years later. Today, the Bonci family proudly represents its third generation with Giulia, Gianmarco, and Gianluca, who, alongside Sergio, Silvio, Alessandro, and Michele Mezzasoma, continue to uphold the pastry and chocolate-making art that has been passed down for nearly 70 years.
