Goodness has been a family tradition for Bonci since 1953. It all started in Montevarchi, Tuscany, with grandparents Giuseppe and Irma. They welcomed their firstborn, Silvio, followed by siblings Sergio, Anna, and Alessandro a few years later. Today, the Bonci family proudly represents its third generation with Giulia, Gianmarco, and Gianluca, who, alongside Sergio, Silvio, Alessandro, and Michele Mezzasoma, continue to uphold the pastry and chocolate-making art that has been passed down for nearly 70 years. Their work embodies passion, experience, and a commitment to creativity—mixing diverse ingredients, experimenting with new flavours, and always striving to create delightful surprises for the palate that we cherish.
