Coco Nano Bean 350gr

An ancient variety of bean, harvested mainly by hand, with an intense flavor and a very fine skin, so it is extremely digestible.
It is suitable for all preparations, especially suitable for soups and as an ingredient in the recipe for Ribollita.
It should be cooked very slowly for about 50 minutes after soaking for at least 12 hours.
You can also enjoy it simply with a drizzle of raw olive oil and a grind of black pepper, or sauteed with a drizzle of oil, a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary.
