The story of Fratelli Chiaverini began in 1928 in Florence when they established a small business in the Rifredi district to produce jams and preserves. In the 1930s, they introduced the iconic cardboard and aluminum jar. The tradition continued, but the industrial revolution of the 1960s impacted Chiaverini, requiring significant investments. By the 1980s, Chiaverini enhanced its laboratory to ensure quality control at every stage of production. Today, just as in the past, Chiaverini jam remains the most beloved product in Florentine pantries.
