Fermented honey, or mead, is the oldest alcoholic beverage ever produced.
It comes from the delicious honey produced by La Corte delle Regine, with help from the expert hands of the winemaker.
Prima Notte owes its name to the custom of being given to newlyweds as a good omen for its invigorating and energizing properties.

Origin: Tuscany, with honey from La Corte delle Regine.
Tasting notes: 
Golden color with brilliant amber highlights.
Intense aroma of wildflower honey, hints of propolis, pollen and pine resin.
Taste, sweet in balance with acidity, soft, velvety, pleasantly bitter. 
Velvety on the palate returns the essence of honey to the mouth.
Recommended pairings: Strudel, apple pies, napoleon cake, or as an after-meal or meditation drink.
