Vineyards: located in the municipality of Fosdinovo
Altitude: between 200 and 350 meters above sea level.
Soil: schistose and rich in skeleton for the main vineyard of about 3 hectares, in the remaining parcels the soil is predominantly sandy
Vinification: soft systems for receiving grapes, short cold maceration, fermentation at low temperatures, subdivided for the different parcels with aging on its own yeasts in steel vats for six to seven months
Bottling: March with release after two-three months of bottle aging
Alcohol content: 14%
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color, subtle nights of white and yellow flowers, fresh fruit with slight nuances of exotic fruit and white peach. This wine encased in the magnificent Rhine bottle has incredible longevity. In just a few years of aging it manages to develop enveloping and intriguing hints of hydrocarbon that at times reminds one of aging a riesling.
