Pastificio Fabbri was founded in 1893 by Giovanni Fabbri, who moved from Cintoia to Strada in Chianti. He acquired land in Piazza Landi to establish his pasta factory, which included a mill, an oven, and a grocery store. By 1911, the factory had transitioned from manual marble wheel and horsepower operations to electric power. Year after year, generation after generation, the Fabbri family passed down their knowledge and production secrets.
