Peperita farm is located in the heart of Tuscany, within the municipality of Bibbona in the province of Livorno. Nestled in one of the flat areas of Alta Maremma, it is just minutes from the Tyrrhenian coast. The farm's success can be attributed to Rita Salvadori, who began with 600 chilli plants and has since expanded to 29,000 plants across around 20 different varieties. Peperita Farm uses no additives, colouring, or chemical preservatives, and its preservation and processing methods are designed to respect fully the nutritional qualities.
