A quick maceration of Gin with dried olives and lemon peel gives a fragrant, but not invasive, note so as not to affect the proper dryness of a historic cocktail.
Blend made by macerating gin with dried olives and lemon peel in small stainless steel vats, then blended, refined and oxidized in larger stainless steel vats. Rested then in glass.
