Product details

100% Italian semolina soup pasta, bronze drawn, with cooking time 14 min.
The hail is called firm because it is “senz’i’ buco, all full,” and the relative hardness of the dough increases the cooking time compared to its pierced version.
This format is best suited for recipes in both vegetable and fish or meat broth. In Livorno, soda hail (called there hailinina) is traditionally prepared with shelled peas, fresh onions and meat broth.

Ingredients

Italian durum wheat semolina, water. Contains gluten. May contain traces of eggs.

Artigiano

Pastificio Fabbri was founded in 1893 by Giovanni Fabbri, who moved from Cintoia to Strada in Chianti. He acquired land in Piazza Landi to establish his pasta factory, which included a mill, an oven, and a grocery store. By 1911, the factory had transitioned from manual marble wheel and horsepower operations to electric power. Year after year, generation after generation, the Fabbri family passed down their knowledge and production secrets. The excellence of the raw materials, combined with 125 years of experience, ensures the exceptional quality and flavour of Fabbri pasta.
