Panforte is our traditional Siena dessert made with honey, spices and dried fruit. We invite you to pair it with semi-mature cow’s and sheep’s milk cheeses, washed-rind cheeses such as Taleggio or flowered-rind cheeses such as Brie, Camembert and our Buccia di Rospo For a taste journey to discover traditions and their contaminations.
