“Beer Pork” ragout made from semi-wild pork with gluten-free beer and peppercorns is a new white sauce from Caccia e Corte. Perfect for seasoning whole wheat or spelt pasta, legume pasta, but also to be used simply over a warm crostini of bread or polenta.
