Artigiano

Podere Pellicciano is a historic estate situated in San Miniato, Pisa Province, renowned for its production of white truffles. Spanning approximately 10 hectares of vineyards and 3 hectares of olive groves, it practices organic farming. The production focuses on native varieties, including Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, Trebbiano, Vermentino, and Colorino, offering diverse expressions such as Metodo Ancestrale for L’InFermento, pure varietal still wines, and the iconic Vin Santo.
