Product details

Pistocchi family has now been working together in their Florentine workshop for 30 years. They produce everything by hand by blending up to seven different types of fine chocolates. Cioccoriso is created with a f in very white artisanal chocolate. A sweet treat for both young and old, light and mouthwatering.

Ingredients

Puffed rice, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla. Gluten in rice. Produced in environments where, separately, hazelnuts are also processed.

Artigiano

Torta Pistocchi, the chocolate fondant cake, was created over thirty years ago by Claudio Pistocchi, who was then the Executive Chef at a restaurant in Florence. This cake is a rich, soft, and creamy chocolate delight, made without added sugar, eggs, butter, or flour. Its ingredients include extra dark chocolate, unsweetened cocoa powder, a touch of cream, and it contains no preservatives or additives. Since 2005, Claudio and his sister Claudia have focused exclusively on producing this unique product in a gluten-free environment, having divested from the gastronomy sector that had supported their chocolate work for many years.
