Ragù “Il Nobile” is a new white sauce from Caccia e Corte made with Chianina IGP “Vitellone Bianco Dell’appennino Centrale” and semi-wild Pork with Mediterranean Flavors. Perfect for seasoning pasta, but also to be used simply over a warm crostini of bread or polenta.
Caccia e Corte is a small, family-run Tuscan artisanal business that is involved in the production of Tuscan ragùs, sauces, pâtés and crostini mainly made from local meat.
