Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860, located in San Romano in the province of Pisa, has been producing the highest quality pasta for five generations. Using artisanal techniques, they produce both classic and flavored dry pasta, all with a careful selection of Italian or Tuscan semolina and other raw materials assembled using traditional techniques. The unique feature is the incorporation of wheat germ into the pasta. During cooking, the water takes on a slightly green hue, releasing an intense wheat aroma.
