Ragù Bianco di Cervo con Bacche di Ginepro is a new sauce from Caccia e Corte made with venison, herbs and a mix of spices. Perfect for seasoning pasta, including whole wheat or spelt pasta, but also to be used simply over a warm crostini of bread or polenta.
Caccia e Corte is a small, family-run Tuscan artisanal company that is involved in the production of Tuscan ragouts, sauces, pâtés and crostini mainly based on local meat.
