The Valpolicella Scholar program is a 4-hour course designed for wine enthusiasts and professionals interested in increasing their knowledge about the Valpolicella region and wines. It is held through VEP-certified educators in various countries under the supervision of the Consortium of Valpolicella Wines.
Course topics:
N.B. Prior knowledge is recommended (e.g. WSET Level 2-3)
Booking Conditions:
Participants must have a minimum legal drinking age to register.
The amount will be fully refundable by February 29, 2024, with the cancellation of the course registration. After that date, a coupon equal to 50% of the amount paid will be released, which can be used to purchase other Tooscans Wine Academy services.

- Native grape varieties;
- The Appassimento method;
- Production styles and winemaking techniques;
- The history of Recioto and Amarone.
- Commercial and legal aspects
- Tasting of all types of Valpolicella wines (17 samples).
