Cocò is a high fermentation organic beer inspired by the Blanche style, delicately "reinterpreted" through the addition of Einkorn wheat and bergamot peels that emphasize its refreshing charisma
Moderately alcoholic, refermented in the bottle, unpasteurized, unfiltered, gracefully straw-coloured with a distinctive slightly cloudy appearance. The aroma of the delicate sweetness of malts together with light spicy notes of coriander and a light citrus scent.
The citrusy bergamot and spicy coriander balance, the sweetness of the malts. Very delicately bitter. Its ending is slightly sour. Medium-light body. The result is an elegant, garden-fresh and invigorating (refreshing, thirst-quenching, restorative, cooling, stimulating) beer.
Food pairings: as a refreshing aperitif or combined with cured meats, white meats, fish, and fresh cheeses.
