The Premium 36° wines, with their extraordinary quality and character, are a testament to the first-class slopes, all either ERSTE LAGE® or GROSSE LAGE®, upon which the grapes grow and the meticulous work with spontaneous fermentation in the cellar. The minerality of the Mosel soil is present in these wines and enhances their unique character.

The Madeleine grape, an antagonist to the classic Mosel Riesling, complements the collection. It is produced from a relatively young but rare grape variety with low acidity and represents one of our winery's so-called "unique selling propositions" or "USPs."
