The taste reveals a deep straw yellow color with a good body that moves strongly in the glass, with traces of glycerol that are slow and tight. A good complexity of aromas, from a mineral note, moves to vegetal notes (notes of exotic fruit) and dried yellow flowers, leading directly to an elegant nose. It is definitely dry on the palate, with pronounced mineral notes and acidity that aren't readily balanced by the softness of a young wine. However, it is intense and has a good persistence on the palate, making it a wine that's ready to drink. Serve it at 12°C in medium-sized glasses, pairing it with stewed turbot accompanied by a seafood sauce.
