Grapes: mainly Sangiovese
Vinification: with a natural refermentation in the bottle on its indigenous yeasts and sugar naturally present in the grapes and without further addition of sulfites. Suspended sediment is an integral part of this wine, enriches it from an organoleptic point of view, and gives it a veiled appearance.
You can also gently bring the yeasts back into suspension before opening by turning the bottle on itself in a horizontal position.
