Vinification: Vinification: The wine is made by Ancestral Method, or Pet Nat, with a natural refermentation in the bottle with its indigenous yeasts and sugar naturally present in the grapes and without further addition of sulfites. Sediment is an integral part of this wine, enriching it from an organoleptic point of view, adding aromas and flavour complexity, and giving it a veiled appearance.
