Ko-meta is a high fermentation Blond Ale style organic craft beer. It is not filtered, not pasteurized and it is refermented in the bottle. In appearance, it has a light golden colour, moderately hazy and creamy. At nose reveals the scents of sweet cereal and subtle fruity aromas. The palate is soft and enveloping with very delicate malt notes and a delicious fruity aftertaste. Medium-low bitterness, light-body, very thirst-quenching.
