La Farzotta is an organic Ale with added emmer; it undergoes a second fermentation after bottling and is neither pasteurized nor filtered; it has a rich golden colour.
La Farzotta has a scent of white fruit (pear and banana) with floral undertones.
It is delicate and balanced to the palate, with malty notes and the added sweetness of the spell. Lightly sparkling with a slight taste of hops at the end.
Recommended for starters or delicate first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses, or as an aperitif.
