Soil type: clayey soils with a notable presence of limestone, marl and alberese.
Winemaking: hand-picked harvesting of the selected grapes. Maceration in steel for 15-20 days with temperature control. Ageing in steel tanks for 6/7 months follows and in the bottle for a minimum of five months before being released on the market, not filtered.
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics: a wine with marked pleasantness, brightly fruity with hints of spices and fresh flowers.
The label is a work of the artist, Antonio Manzi. Praise to Friendship in the representation of intertwined hands.
